When my pipes busted, I did not know what to do and felt helpless and overwhelmed. My insurance told me to call ServPro and I'm glad I did. Because they were overwhelmed with the Texas storm victims, they called me every day with a message saying I was on the list to be helped. When they finally came (from Georgia!), I immediately felt I was in good hands. Nadine answered all
my calls and texts and made sure to follow up with me constantly to keep me in the loop. I was so impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism. i never wondered or worried about what was going on. Thank you ServPro and thank you to those that came all the way from Georgia to help us Texans. You are appreciated!!

We had a pipe break in a a bathroom recently and tried to save our hardwood floors so Allstate sent Servpro to help mitigate losses. The floor is still toast but Nadine and her crew tried their best to get all of the moisture out with several fans and mats. They were prompt, friendly and sympathetic to our that disaster. Without them it would have been a lot worse for sure.

Nadine and the crew from ServPro were amazing at a very difficult time. My rental property was destroyed at the end of July from a burst of the fire sprinkler. Water literally came gushing out the entire house. The neighbors described it like a flood. The water basically destroyed all of its structure -- the walls, floors, lighting fixtures, carpets, cabinets, closets, everything, everywhere! I contacted ServPro as it is as a State Farm vendor and Nadine responded immediately and reassured me they could handle everything. A few hours later a contractor showed up to begin the process. Over a few days, they handled everything extracting the water, the clean-up, everything. Through the service time, Nadine would call to check in to see if we needed anything additional, provide updates. She and her team were very, very professional. I'm so glad they knew what to do because we were freaking out. I'll always be grateful to them and I highly recommend their services.
