Julie Slappey from Peggy Slappey Properties and Lynn Bacon from Gwinnett Coaching will be teaming up to teach you all about your marketing image, your brand and appearance, how to learn more about your competitors, how to write (and be in alignment with) your mission statement, how to deal with the “well educated homeowner” who has received their Masters in Homebuilding from YouTube and Google – and more.

Julie Slappey is the Marketing Director and Graphic Designer for Peggy Slappey Properties. Julie is PSP’s all-in-one source for marketing. Julie has been a member of the Sales and Marketing Council since 2014 and was the Chair in 2015. She received the 2016 OBIE Award for Marketing Director of the Year and the 2015 OBIE for Council Chair of the Year. She has sat on many panels to teach builders about marketing. She is currently working to complete her MIRM designation.

Lynn has written and taught several classes for the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association over the past several years including the award winning “Insane Homeowners” class. She owned a successful home warranty business here in the Atlanta area for six years then transitioned to teaching for the GAHBA. She has her certification as a Residential Construction Superintendent as well as several certifications in Coaching, Social and Emotional Intelligence and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This combination of knowledge has added a depth (not to mention a little fun) to each project she has been involved in. In her classes, you’ll learn why you do the things you do and how to do something different so that you won’t find yourself in a sticky mess the next time!
