This course will give an Overview on New Home Builder Decisions and the Development Process for Residential Builders, as well as an introduction to New Home Construction, Home Building Terminology, and the Critical Path of the Home Building Process that will increase your ability to sell new homes. This will be achieved using a combination of lecture and interactive activities, including incorporating the Critical Path activity.
