A fun and informative class on how trees grow and react to construction, how to recognize a hazard tree, and how best to work around them to avoid problems with tree codes.

Christie Bryant has been a Certified Arborist for 12 years and spends most days working with builders and site planners to protect trees. She is the current president of the Georgia Arborist Association and works closely with Trees Atlanta. She is a favorite of the news stations in the local area and has been on WSB, WXIA, Channel 11 as well as a story on the Weather Channel. She has also been in the AJC.

A link for this online course and instructions will be emailed to registered students the night before class.

This session qualifies under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for two (2) continuing education credit hours.

CREDIT NOTE: Any session which qualifies for credit hours under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors or Georgia Real Estate credit requires the participant to attend the FULL session in order to receive credit. The participant is required to sign in and sign out. Failure to sign in and sign out will result in zero (0) credit hours.

Signing in and out for VIRTUAL CLASSES will be managed by the Education Director based on the attendance record from the online platform. Credit hour certificates will be emailed within 3 business days of the class.

A 48-hour written notice is required for ALL cancellations -- NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS
