Efficient Process Can Lead to Improved Profitability

Cycle time, when improved, creates a multiplier effect on profits. In this class, we will work on these two concepts of operational excellence. We will discover how to establish, improve, and execute vital processes and better scheduling that will lead to improved profits.

Carrie Roeger has learned the ins and outs of running a successful homebuilding operation through 16 years of experience in the industry. Actively giving back to the Industry, Carrie is the Chair of the NAHB 55 + Housing Council and a member of the PBW, locally, statewide and nationally. Currently a professor at KSU, and owner of multiple businesses, Carrie is sharing her depth of experience with local builders through this HBA class.

This session qualifies under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education credit hours.

CREDIT NOTE: Any session which qualifies for credit hours under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors or Georgia Real Estate credit requires the participant to attend the FULL session in order to receive credit. The participant is required to sign in and sign out. Failure to sign in and sign out will result in zero credit hours.
