Session facilitator Lynn Bacon is a Certified Business Success Coach, NLP Coach and Certified Residential Construction Superintendent who owned a successful home warranty business for 6 years. She is now combining her years of warranty experience, customer service and coaching experience to help others understand how to deal with customers in a way that gets results for both the homeowner and the builder.
