Facilitator Corbett Lunsford is a performance-testing expert for residential construction at the Building Performance Workshop, but he used to play music for a living. Most well-known for his YouTube channel Home Performance, he also wrote the book 'Home Performance Diagnostics' and stars in the television show 'Home Diagnosis'. Corbett and his family designed and built both the TinyLab and the big house.

A link for this online course and instructions will be emailed to registered students the night before class.

This session qualifies under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education credit hours.

CREDIT NOTE: Any session which qualifies for credit hours under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors or Georgia Real Estate credit requires the participant to attend the FULL session in order to receive credit. The participant is required to sign in and sign out. Failure to sign in and sign out will result in zero (0) credit hours.

Signing in and out for VIRTUAL CLASSES will be managed by the Education Director based on the attendance record from the online platform. Credit hour certificates will be emailed within 3 business days of the class.
