Throughout this course, we dive into the critical financial documents and KPIs vital for residential developers. Attendees will acquire the expertise to scrutinize and utilize these reports for enhanced decision-making and fiscal oversight specific to home building. This program provides the fundamentals for individuals aspiring to thrive in the home construction field.

Facilitator Nathan Greene is the CEO of R2 Management, which has been in business for over 25 years. Nathan's focus throughout his career is strengthening the foundation of residential development businesses, from financial consulting and business advisory services, to providing full outsourced CFO services for residential builders. A Georgia native, Nathan earned his MBA at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

Facilitator Bennett Gualdoni is a Consultant with R2 Management and a licensed CPA. Bennett's career began in public accounting, working with residential developers and institutional investors on a series of business considerations, including entity formation, tax strategy and succession planning. Bennett earned his Masters degree from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

This session qualifies under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education credit hours.

CREDIT NOTE: Any session which qualifies for credit hours under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors or Georgia Real Estate credit requires the participant to attend the FULL session in order to receive credit. The participant is required to sign in and sign out. Failure to sign in and sign out will result in zero credit hours.
